Event Description

G-2300: Intermediate Emergency Operations Center (G-2300)

This course assists individuals and jurisdictions who desire to develop or improve their Emergency Operation Centers (EOC). By the end of the course, students will be able to demonstrate, through activities and a Final Exam, the managerial and operational roles of the modern-day EOC as a NIMS Command and Coordination functional group operating within a Multiagency Coordination System (MACS).

Prerequisites Basic EOC Functions: IS-2200
Equivalent Prerequisites
Target Audience Emergency management personnel who may be designated to support an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) within their jurisdiction or organization. 
Eligibility  To ensure adequate participation of the target audience, all registrants will be placed on the waiting list pending approval.  Justifications in the "Job Responsibilities Related to Course" section will be carefully reviewed for acceptance into the course. You will not be considered for a seat unless you provide a detailed justification of your role managing an EOC.
